"How to Choose a Husband" November 2010

So twice a week Katy has to pick six spelling words and write a paragraph. Throwing together a bunch of random words into a paragraph is no easy job, but she does it. Here is today’s offering. I’m italicizing the spelling words so you can see what she had to work with.

 

When you are a teenager you have to make a difficult choice. It’s who to marry! Would you like one who has a sweet voice? A man who has boiled hot dogs for you? Someone who would employ you for a job? A person who likes to annoy people so they won’t set foot on your soil? Remember, everyone must make the difficult choice of who to marry.
